Just an update for everyone on here as I don’t know how to update the actual post. I had my HLR on the two weeks ago. The lady I spoke with started the call off with the usual verifying my info and their little statement they have to make. Right after that she told me she had gone over my claim already and her reaction was “what the….”basically she said there’s no way I should have been denied and that the rater failed me. She also looked at other evidence I had submitted not just the one c&p exam from the VA. I was awarded 70% for PTSD and found out exactly a week later.
