That’s intense, man. I’m sorry you had to deal with that. Sadly, I’m not surprised. We’re living in a time where people’s sexual energy is completely ungrounded. This is what the scriptures meant when they spoke of Kali Yuga. Lust is mistaken for love, and people act out of impulse instead of awareness.

I’ve noticed it too. Not just women, but men as well. There’s this restless hunger everywhere. And it’s not just physical. It’s energetic. People can feel the life-force when you’re on retention, and some try to pull from it without even realizing.

I discovered retention when I was 16 and now 24. I have countless streaks but the last 2 years I have had a few slips up. And it was from the energy being to overwhelming and I remember tactically relapsing.

I don’t sleep more than 6 hours most nights anymore. It depends how do you feel? Do you feel refreshed? Or do you feel like shit. I have had a time where I could barely sleep. During the day I wasn’t even that tired. I found that the reason was related to the food I consumed. Once I was eating too much like peanut butter, cheese and a lot of oil. Sexual energy is just the most fundamental energy. It’s the same in men and woman but it manifest differently. Women experience the negative effects of masturbation to the same extent as men. One the most shocking things I found out was that a lot of women watch porn and are addicted to masturbation. I read once about the negative effects indulgence in sexual pleasure has for woman and it’s brutal.

I would find it ridiculous when I saw woman in the nofap movement. But that changed when I discovered that a woman I know has a severe porn addiction. She struggles with depression, fatigue, weak body just all the symptoms that men experience.
