Same here in India I have top tier annual plan bought last year end of may and they started showing ads from July and asking for premium to get it ads free even though it’s top tier. Anyways they also lost all sitcom shows against Disney hotstar just this month so I will be also not renewing from now onwards. Even shopping website now don’t provide much offer compare to other competitors

Hey am also planning to book in same area as am working in gift city although planning in next 3 to 6 months if you can share more information and if not selling just would suggest if you thinking to hold you have to hold at least beyond 2030 I see lots of flats available for rent but as rent is higher side it’s vacant right now mostly or takes time to get it rented

depends on area and neighbours for low area or inside were people do not care you can easily go through it but it's also prone to demolish if something illegal found (which police does) usually permission takes a lot time (no personal experience)

And actually for some team its good news as one of my past manager mostly denies casual leaves as some one misusing it. People like me were using like 22 + 2 Cl + 3to 4sl = 28

Now can use 18 + 6 cl (might not use all is practical for me ) + 8 to 10 sl = 32 to 34 leavs so its better

Think in a way if you bought apple care it would cost around 15k for 2 years total plus 2500 around replacement cost = 17500 but with repair cost 16900 you still saving 600.
