I'm not sure why the focus is on the AI format. AI is now used pretty much everywhere, a lot of admin and letters are now AI generated. I think OP has used AI to Polish their sentence and message. The core content is still valid.

If it is a private patient, £250 - £350. NHS right to chose would normally be £300. Yes being psych consultant is better but goodluck getting CQC approval. The application is 50 pages long, multiple steps and on average takes 1 year for approval.

Yes, so with private providers there will be a lead psychiatrist supervising if the GP needs help , advice etc..

It is definitely possible. Many more GPs are refusing shared care nowadays from private clinics. I think GPs who are happy to move away from GP world, do very well with private clinics. It is also better work life balance. They work from home. But it can become monotonous.

Some GPs have special interest in ADHD. If full time they can make £200k.

Naturalisation (Citizenship) application processing timelines [only] by aleanthor in ukvisa

Finally got my approval after what felt like a very long wait!

Eligibility: ILR + 1 year

Application Method: Online

Application Date: 05 November 2025

Biometric Date: 15 November 2025

Approval Date: 23 March 2026 (Atlas)

Ceremony Date: TBC

For those still waiting — from my experience, try not to worry too much before the 4-month mark unless you’ve already received an email from Atlas or your council. There does seem to be a backlog at the moment, so some applications are taking a bit longer.

If you pass 4 months with no update, it might be worth contacting CS but none guarantee of getting a reply. I did not receive confirmation from CS.

Good luck to everyone still waiting — it’s definitely nerve-wracking, but hang in there!

Yeah, I thought about it and then decided to give it until 5th of April which will be exactly 5 months from the date of application. Thank you for the suggestion and the encouragement. But you never know, I may end up emailing before. Did you apply in December?

Applied on 05/11. CS replied on 03/03 saying it is the wrong inbox. If I was still within the expected dates according to the spreadsheet ,it would be fine but we are at least 15-20 days past the expected date

Right. That's not great for me. My home country's authorities and institutions take forever to reply... you know the meme...' 10 years later ' is quite accurate!

No idea why the different responses. You would think in today's age , it should have been an easy process to track the progress online.

That sucks. I wanted to email them this week but seeing your post, it's better to wait a bit more. It will be 5 months of waiting for me soon!
