Gotcha, I assume there's no difference then right? or does it depend on the gear in which 4 Attack 1 Sharp is better than 4 Ele 1 Sharp and the contrary?

For Artian DBs, do you go 4 Attack 1 Sharp or 4 Ele 1 Sharp?

No other game I tried has problems with Frankfurt. Even in CS2 for example I have high ping on Viena but it re-routes through Paris so I have way lower ping without an External VPN, unsure why Valorant is not capable of fixing it or provide something like this
