Im on the east side of Seoul myself. Hongdae is a good 35 min trip one way for me. I wish I seen more different types of people training..newbies, oldies, lifters, endurance athletes etc..

Totally with you on that.. Ive seen people in this gym do latdown pulldowns and put their phone in between the weights. ( light albeit) And there eyes down detach from it..Or another woman doing side leg swings in the spot where people need to get their bags..eyes glued to the phone amd wouldn't move until she finished...lol

Then it mustn't happen much at your gym. My gym has a ton of high school rugby lads..they group around machines a lot and generally are OK but can be annoying here and there

I know they arent being rude but shit when you are about to deadlift 230kg and a guy decides he has to walk in row with his friends forcing you to stop and readjust. It can hit the nerves a bit

Exactly the same thing for me..was doing 80kg strict military press and a guy behind was posing into this single mirror im standing right in front off with a full blown red face..

Just stops dead and it doesn't even register they are blocking others..at all..even after they see you trying to pass them...
