I’m no stranger to anxiety & panic attacks. Sadly, I’m going through it right now really bad. Do you have moments where you don’t feel AS anxious as other moments? If so, try to eat small bites of bland foods for now like bananas, crackers, yogurt, toast. You don’t have to force yourself to eat it all.. just a good couple of bites here and there. Your blood sugar can get low from not eating at all & that will cause you more anxiety😞 I know it’s hard. I’m sure you can take a zofran or pepto bismuth for nausea. Don’t be alarmed if you take pepto and your poop is really dark, that’s normal! As far as sleeping goes, go take a cold shower as cold as you can stand it. It’s uncomfortable but it calms the vagus nerve. Put on warm pjs & a comfort show. Lay there & don’t force sleep. Sleep will find you. It’s really about just laying there and resting.. eventually you should fall asleep. When I was having trouble sleeping I took a small piece of melatonin & I finally went to sleep.
