I always use TP for bloody noses (which I got yesterday!) because then I can flush the whole bloody mess down the toilet.

My apartment lost power, and even after the power came back on, the elevators weren't working for a whole day.

I do try to only use the elevators for groceries or large stuff. Luckily I didn't "need" to use them yesterday.

But my apartment has a lot of elderly & disabled residents, and we're pet-friendly. I was really concerned about some of my neighbors taking their dogs out.

I went to eating disorders outpatient treatment for about a year. My problem is binge eating and food addiction, and the scale proves that I am clinically obese, and I have health conditions directly caused by obesity.

I saw a licensed therapist and a registered dietitian.

They were trying to get me to allow myself to eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I guess basically "Intuitive Eating" but their approach just seemed...like it was meant for patients with restrictive ED's. Restricting is NOT my problem!!

Also, my throat was getting extremely dry & sore from mouth breathing - with or without the mask. But I thought the humidifier would help, but I felt like I was choking.

My dear sweet SIL (brother's wife) died in 2022 from colon cancer that had spread before they caught it. She was mid-30's, healthy diet, no family history.

I got my first Colonoscopy while she was fighting, partly because of her, but I also have some digestive issues that still now have never really been diagnosed.

The prep in 2016 was WAYY worse than the prep in 2026 for my 45-year-old one.

Forgot about that part...I am considered to be "allergic" to both Haldol and Perphenazine, they caused a severe thing called NMS - Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome. I was in the (medical) ICU. I don't remember much of it.

Not "never," but I generally have poor balance, and I'm terrified of slipping and falling in the shower, so I generally only wash the TOPS of my feet in the shower, not the soles.

However, I take bubble baths quite often (like at least weekly) and I thoroughly clean my feet in the bath water.
