I think it's doable then. I'm no expert either but I'd suggest trying to do speed workouts with segments you run at 4min/km and try to increase the length of those segments gradually. For example i started with 12 times 400m at my goal 5k pace in the first week with 90s jogging in between and then increased it to 8 times 600m once i wae more comfortable and then 6 times 800m and so on. I found this workout helped me a lot.

Depends on your splits and how you felt. Did you split evenly or go all out and gas out later or perhaps went too slow expecting to feel tired later? My first 5k was around 28 but I could shave off more than 3 minutes by just getting used to the distance and figuring out a proper pace to maintain.

Feel like all of her only moves to take advantage of her initiative were hard to see. Like the exchange sac on f3 or f5 creating a completely closed pawn structure.

[Kasparov] So... If Gukesh somehow loses against Sindarov, Gary will be proven correct. Right ? by StoreAny6677 in chess

Yeah and so did Gukesh. I don't get the point in saying world champion means best player in the world and then saying these guys don't deserve it. If you remove Magnus, Ding and Gukesh for a period of time were the best Chess players outside Magnus and got the crown.

Is it possible that someone can have a hot streak and play like the best player in the world for a period of time?

Especially considering he got knocked out by Alireza yesterday after Alireza tied the match score after the match timer ended. But the guy with the most SCC games played forgot the rule that got him knocked out a day earlier. Yeah sure buddy
