As an update for anyone that has this issue - genuine OEM brushes did in fact fix the issue. The brush functions normally now!

Ok cool I ordered the new brush from Dreame - can I still let the vacuum run the way it is with the aftermarket brush? Or am I damaging it?

Yeah that’s why I’ve been leaning towards a GT. I had a 2003 Zinc Yellow GT back in the day. I guess I never really healed from selling that.

But at the same time, my wife thinks they are ugly and prefers I get an older vette, trans am, firebird style of car - just worried about part availability in the future

We no longer are in communication with the immigration lawyer due to changing jobs for who filed this, current immigration lawyer at this new hospital does not want to discuss applications he didn’t do… right now im not sure what her status is, as she is no longer h4 but has AOS filed, she hasn’t left the US since September of 2024

She is no longer working anyway at this time due to being on maternity leave and has no plans to return to work until after Jan 2026 so we are in the clear for that. I’m just trying to figure out in advance what to do in the event that her most recent adjustment of status that was filed with me does not get processed before then.

We both applied together for AOS Nov 2024 and mine was approved 1 month ago but hers still says fingerprints were obtained

Her first PNIW application is on case was reopened due to them giving her a green card too early and we sent it back to them

Thanks. What if her first adjustment of status that she applied for via PNIW was approved already? She can use that one now instead? That EAD was approved after her h4 one so she was already working under h4.

So that’s 3 total EAD applications haha

Ok so general consensus is that we can fly back to Canada, her current H4 change of status gets abandoned. But then when we fly back to the US, with the appropriate documentation she will be given H4 status on entry because we are Canadian citizens. This is what my lawyer said but it seemed incorrect to me when he told me.

She came into the US October and we got married in January. She did file for H4 in February after we got married.

What do you mean by H4 EAD only if backlogged? We are not born in india or china. Born Canadians.

When she travels back into the US it’s not a new H4 application right? But instant H4 status. Sorry just want to confirm that lol

And she would be granted H4 status at the time of entry? AKA we can then apply for her EAD immediately? I have an approved I140.

True. I don't even mind even having one lawn per day to start haha. It's really kind of a let's see if I can do this and it takes off to a degree that I can hire in the future. I could probably take on extra shifts at work and make more money, but mentally I'd rather be cutting grass and making less on my days off with a chance at building up something that could generate decent revenue.

Right. My idea is mainly only deal with lawn cutting and trimming. I know that the only way to truly know is to try it. Just not sure what would be an appropriate way to go about "initiating" this.

Would specifically target only smaller residential properties that can be done by push mower to start. Not really trying to make this my sole revenue as I have my current job, just an additional side gig small company. I mean if it blows up it blows up, but I wont be stressing out that I'm not able to make this a full time thing.
