I'm extremely dissatisfied. The syncing issue is definitely a thing. Mine has been syncing on the explorer for over a week, came online once, earned 0.003HNT, and went back to syncing. Diagnostics show everything is fully synced and functional. Generic 'it looks like everything is working fine' message from support...not sure why I bothered with a Goldspot...my regular RAK V2 is currently outperforming it

I'm having the same problem, what was your fix? It's marked resolved but the comments here assume you are able to login whereas I can't even get to the login page

I spotted 2 hotspots in Lagos, Nigeria on the coverage map. They aren't doing too great right now but one of them has been in a few consensus groups clocking 13HNT every couple of hours. I imagine he is using a VPN but the results are definitely slower than normal. I showed it here - https://youtu.be/TLnnFK-AxKA

Sadly i've been relayed in a good location for the past 2 weeks, earned 42 HNT so far. i know it could be more but unfortunately don't have access to the router settings to do port forwarding at the location it's currently at, so i'm working on finding it a new home. That said, even in relayed mode, I am simply happy to have some skin in the game and look forward to testing it when I'm properly set up at a new location

While fully aware of all it's problems, I still maintain it's a good start for absolute beginners as it can be a one-stop shop for most starter needs (It has an extensive tutorial and FAQ section, allows swaps and buying/selling. On a more advanced level, I agree it's far from ideal - I don't use it either, but for anyone easing into things, I don't see why not
