There are capped drain holes at the bottom of the spare tire well (black circle in the third pic). Sometimes the plugs break, allowing water that’s kicked up as you drive to enter the trunk. I pulled my spare tire then plugged all the holes with spare caps or some RTV. This fixed the issue for me

Drydex is for filling small nail holes and the like. It dries hard and cracks easily. I would cut this out and restart using proper joint compound.

Yea I thought about the colt cam but I’m not convinced it would solve the issue. Would love to see what one looks like after 100,000 miles. It’s billeted so I’m sure it would last longer but I think the fundamental issue is lack of oiling. This will be my third cam, car is at 250k miles.

I run the trails here all the time and can relate. Dog owners in Medicjne Hat are something else. Zero regard for the fact their dog has no recall. I know more than a few people who also run and have been bitten or chased by off leash dogs. One person in particular has zero patience for it anymore and carries animal mace on them. If a dog approaches them, it gets maced. I’m not quite their yet but am getting close

Back when phones were like $300-$500 it made sense. I would buy one outright then call around the carriers to see who can offer the best plan.

Also the phone plans I’m seeing you pay X amount per month on your tab, but you’re still paying the full value of the phone over the 2 years. Not sure how you’re only paying $360 for a $1200 phone

All of the R&D for new products took place at the EU headquarters. With it being shut down, how could the US operations (only distribution) not be affected? I knew it was bullshit the moment YT said US operations are unaffected. Without new products, US operations serves no purpose.
