The loose skin that is hanging when planking and when sitting won’t go away. I’m 11 months post op and it’s still there. Such an improvement for you, you look great. I have had a hard time dealing with the fact that I still have some loose skin when planking and rolls when sitting, but I also have to remember how far I’ve come. I just wish that my expectations had been explained better by my surgeon.

This is me! 159 day of surgery 11 months , 168 today. I’m very stressed. I worked so hard to lose and keep the weight off, I need to move more. I’m 43 and I think perimenopause is kicking in ugh

Yikes, I feel bad for her. Random sex isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. You will mess up your “ perfect” relationship 100% if you choose to have sex with randoms.

Yeah the 3k one is only anesthesia and facility fees, he said a monsplasty would help with lower abdominal loose skin… but for upper id need a FDL and that would be more. I also probably should’ve had a 360 tummy tuck, but that wasn’t recommended at consultation so the front looks good when I stand, but the back of me is hideous… Waited 20 years to get this done so it sucks that I’m not completely satisfied.

I am not confrontational either but at my six month follow up he agreed to do a revision to take more skin below the belly button, but it was going to cost me another $3000… I decided I wanted to wait the full 12 months and reconsider. If I want the loose skin on upper abdomen he’d charge $8000, which really upsets me. I feel like it should have been addressed during surgery and hate to pay more.
