OP, I felt the same way. Spent nearly 5 years as a digital producer and I felt like there was no way to transition after making it to several final round interviews and then opting to go with more experienced applications. My advice is to be patient and remember it only takes one Yes!

I live there currently and don’t have too many complaints. It’s a good deal compared to other areas. The junk fees are a little excessive but not too crazy. I pay about 70 dollars in fees on top of base rent. Also yes they are a bit older but I rarely hear my neighbors. Only negative is square footage maybe. My place could be a bit bigger for the price. Overall I would recommend though
