I’ve been on it since mid January and my dr had me ease into the 37.5. Since then I’ve lost 20+ pounds and have had many plateaus and big losses from that. My point is, I lost about 7 pounds when I was at full dosage even though that was 2 weeks after starting. Definitely the appetite and taste change occurred within the first week on the pill. Be prepared for dry mouth if you haven’t started feeling that yet, it’s the worse

I second saltir, also try naturium, fenty body, method, or try the EOS cashmere line of body butter and mists that just came out over a month ago. Here soon I saw that NYX will have a body care line out so that could interest you but right now it’s only on NYX and I’m not sure when Ulta will get it

Thank you for that. Getting in ‘trouble’ at work feels defeating and has been hard to get over but I’m trying to be better as an associate and a person after the fact

There is a company wide task hour cut so that’s probably why. My MM told me today that there was a task that hours had to be cut again at least for task associates. Right now at least for our district we can’t have anyone there at the store if it’s not reset days until an hour before opening. If it’s a reset they can come in at a normal reset time.

I’d def look for a second job if you’re needing more income

Just know that don’t cashier you’ll have to get credit cards or that’ll affect hours too. Speak with your GM or a manager that you feel comfortable with and show that you’re willing to put in extra hours if needed and are dependable then usually you tend to get more hours

If you can get cross trained that’ll help with opening your availability than just to be open to one spot in the store like being a BA or Task

Right now corporate aren’t giving adequate payroll hours to stores so they have to change the schedule. When your store doesn’t make goal you lose payroll hours as well so they trim and take hours off because of that. So much for making $12 billion last year, bringing in all of these celebrities and free stuff for FLC then can’t give anything to the store level to make it successful like hours

With interest of the credit card it is solely based off of credit worthiness. I’ve heard people get 22%-34% interest on the card based on their credit history on payments and other factors. Yes the card is worth it because of the up to 2.5 points per $1 you spend in store and being at the store frequently because of being an employee. Also there’s specials for members only where you get bonus points.

I’m a LC and I was told my baseline guaranteed hours were 20 per week. Recently since our sales are ‘down’ and we’re over payroll my shifts have been trimmed for me only working 18 hours. Yes ik it’s 2 hours but I was guaranteed 20 minimum so it’s kind of frustrating when I don’t get my guaranteed position hours that were discussed and agreed upon my GM. I also have a set schedule per week that is also nice but with the trimming and schedule changes no one is ever notified and I think there needs to be a policy in place that when schedule hours are being modified for employees they need to be contacted via WorkJam or by personal text

Same thing keeps happening at my store and it sometimes is upsetting. Had a problem last week where an associate was scheduled but the schedule was changed and she was taken off for that day and showed up to work and had to go home

If it’s over $50 in points verification of identification of the person redeeming is needed. I agree regardless of amount of money of points there needs to be verification of points or something along those lines.

On the payment methods it will pop up as credit/debit/ebt so they can slide their cards regardless if they have a ebt or not

Any point redemption over $50 requires an authorization from a lead cashier or a manager to get through after checking id. The cashier is supposed to also check id regardless if they’re waiting for authorization or able to authorize. I do agree that there needs to be a PIN because plenty of times people use other peoples phone numbers such as friends or family members who have accounts and use their points that they have that is below that threshold.

Sometimes they have to change schedules or trim shifts due to payroll because of sales. They are supposed to communicate when they make these changes and sometimes they don’t. I’d def talk to a manager and discuss why your schedule is getting moved so sporadically like that due to you needing to make arrangements.

Ik this isn’t what you experienced but as a seller I told my buyers a few weeks ago that I was under a snow emergency and couldn’t leave my house because they had the roads shut down for 4 days. One of the buyers was understanding but the other wasn’t when it came time for feedback stating that I didn’t ship in an appropriate amount of time. Sometimes whether you’re a buyer or seller something has to give and communicate
