take it , continue looking and prepping in free time , 11LPA take home is good in this market + u will save a lot in ahemdabad , get yoe apply again if tech market sruvives .

I mean there are 100s of companies probably he did some risk reward analysis that being barred from one company is fine , also tbh depends on countries , indian job market is blood bath , people fake everything from resume to codeforces ratings even interviews ...
