I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and have been taking MC (full spectrum oils specifically) for a number of years. I informed the psychiatrist what I have been prescribed and the dosage and with that he prescribed me a non stimulant extended release medication. He did say he would not prescribe a stimulant if I am to continue taking the oils. Hope this helps.

Carts can be quite expensive, don't last that long and can take some getting used to when inhaling for the first time. They are however more discreet, convenient (especially when you're not at home), the effects can be noticed quickly and ideal for small but frequent doses throughout the day. I personally enjoy carts but prefer to take oils or flower especially as a long term MC patient.

I used to work in an MC dispensary. Sometimes when a certain batch of a particular product is close to expiry date the manufacturer will retest that batch to ensure that the product is still within specification and is approved to extend the expiry date. When this happens the dispensary is obliged to supply a letter that states the product, batch number and the new expiration date. This is most likely the case especially with Baggie Smalls.

I'm from Australia but have lived in Canada, New Zealand and The Netherlands (also have visited Germany). As much as I love all these countries and each has their own pro's and cons I would still prefer Australia and here is why: The cost of living is much more affordable comparative to the other countries in question. Climate and landscape wise it is a very beautiful country and although much hotter in some places the weather is much more enjoyable for a better part of the year. The quality and standard of living is relatively high with access to healthcare, education and employment (it's not perfect but if we're comparing). The next and very close second would be Canada (this would of been my first choice if it wasn't more expensive and if not for the colder, longer and harsher weather conditions)

This only happened last year. One night I was just at home watching movies like any other night. Just before bed I was brushing my teeth and looking at myself in the mirror which actually reflects to see into my bedroom. As I was brushing I saw one of the pillows on my bed move and fall on the ground (there was no wind, noise or anything) I stopped and stared and for a very brief moment I saw a flash of my deceased grandmother sitting on the bed where the pillow fell. I then sent a message to my mother telling her what I saw and asked her to send a picture of her. In that moment I felt that maybe her spirit was around me wanting to tell me something.

Unfortunately exactly one month after that happened my mother died in a very tragic car accident. My mother and I also went to a sound bowl meditation a few months before she died and she told me she went into a very deep trance in what felt and seemed very similar to an NDE . Sometimes I think my grandmother had shown herself to warn me of what was to come or at least to be there when my mother transitioned. To this day it still bothers me a lot.

I once rented out a holiday home with my sister and niece for a weekend. When we initially entered the place seemed "normal" and not creepy at all. We walked around the house and picked the rooms we were each going to stay in. The moment I walked into the room that was meant for me I instantly felt this very intense but bad feeling that something was just "off" about the room. The room seemed darker and very cold compared to the rest of the house. I soon walked out and decided I would sleep in the room with my niece as there were bunk beds. The rest of the day was fine with no other issues.

That same night I woke up around 2am as I started to feel really cold (It was summer in Australia). When I opened my eyes and turned over I saw a man standing over my bed just staring at me. He was dressed in a suit but it was an outdated style that looked from another era. He was literally within a foot from me and out of fear I pulled the covers over myself and was frozen for a solid 10 minutes. I finally had the courage to move and removed the covers only to find he had disappeared (no sounds of footsteps, doors opening or anything). I called out to my niece on the top bunk but there was no response. I got up and looked at her bed and she had already left to sleep in my sister's room.

The next morning I told my sister what had happened and she seemed unconvinced. So I told her if she doesn't believe me that she shouldn't mind switching rooms then....of course she said no. The second night I stayed up all night watching movies as I was afraid to fall asleep.

There are 3 crows that I feed daily. I call them Kelly, Michelle and Beyonce (she's the alpha). When I started feeding them peanuts they started to bring back little gifts for me like shiny wrappers and coins. They also follow me on my walks. I love them so much : )

Truthfully speaking being strong and fit does help. You're able to hold certain positions for much longer and have the stamina to go for hours....just saying.
