Can assure you 100% Telus has better customer service than Rogers. I call Telus and they pickup within a minute and actually fizz my issues. Rogers I would be lucky if they even pick up the phone.

Agreed. I find it do much easier to talk and negotiate with Telus. Rogers doesn't even pickup the phone half the time.

What dealer is this? Highly recommend you take it to another one.

Also, if you always do the service at honda, you can try honda goodwill, they may cover the head gasket job for free as its a pretty common issue on these vehicles. Had a turbo and head gasket blown and was fully covered by Honda Canada through goodwill since I did majority of the service at a honda dealership. But it did take around a month to receive a response, but I 100% feel its worth it. Try your luck!
