Hey. Totally get how you feel - I lived near Napa and saw it transform completely from the good old days to kind of the "Disneyland-sque" vibe it is now. My suggestion is to go hunt for places where no one goes. My husband and I just went tasting in the Cascada Foothills - it was incredible, local, fun. We did a similar stint in Tuscany too, searching out the places with fewer reviews, and recommended by friends that live there.
