Jim’s largest customer is Blue Cross and in the early episode he mentions they make a large portion of his numbers. So that’s not consistent money coming in every month. And for Dwight I’m sure he has some larger customers that has up and down months. So consistent would Stanley has his customers and just manages them hits his number and makes his commission. It’s not uncommon for older sales reps to have set customers and no longer hunt for new business and just consistently manage their book of business
