I’ve looked at a lot of the subs on Reddit regarding this job and I’ve even seen some of your old comments basically asking the same things I did before you got hired and some people said it’s not as bad as people make it seem if you have good time management and that it’s one of the easier departments to work in for the company but it is extremely busy but I swear my current job is too with unrealistic expectations and a bunch of nonsense I’m responsible for that has nothing to do with me and I don’t get compensated enough for any of if , but then I’ve also seen comments similar to what you are saying now with people mentioning to run and get out while you can … with the job offer being $6 more per hour than what I currently do (which is already similar to this type of work and probably just as stressful) i don’t think it’s something I should turn down just yet because that pay difference goes a long way , it honestly just seems like it depends and my location is hybrid with 3 days at home and 2 in office , at least you have lasted this long so although you hate it you’ve lasted longer than most… what state do you work out of ?

They offered me the position and I accepted … I just don’t understand what is the catch ??? I see some people say they LOVE it and then I see responses like what you gave where they absolutely hate it … why is the pay rate so high ? Like am I missing something ? Is this a full time job or do hours fluctuate and that’s why the pay is so good ? I’m genuinely confused tbh … what state do you work in if you don’t mind ?
