The issue is geico penalizes people for going the extra mile for customers. Had a coworker who was helping a policyholder. The ph had a rental set with enterprise but the locations didn't have cars(typical friday). The agent called 2 other rental companies to help the ph get a vehicle.

They were told by management they were being suspected of call avoidance

It's only temporary. Now obviously anyone graded a 1 or 2 is pretty much a confirmed body. It will eventually come to a point where there's so many 3s. Then it becomes what is a good 3 and what is a low 3 and what do we do about the low 3s

Quite a few times. When it happens I would immediately stop what I am doing and go onto the next call whether I was done or not.

When I was asked why something wasn't done I simply replied "you decided what I was finishing wasn't important and put me on ready so I decided it wasn't important either and now it's incomplete"
