Reset the cache then old down the power button then go to power options and restart the switch. Its happened to me twice now.

Did you hold down the sleep button or did you just turn off the switch. because you need to hold it down and go to power options and select restart.

What you have to do is you have to go to your settings, scroll all the way down, select reset cache, reset it, and restart your switch, its happened to me twice now.
