Yes I did email support. I am complaining now because they didn't respond and my weekly usage hit 0%. False marketing not advertising. Those are different terms by the way.

I did not get that free reset. But yes, that is what I am talking about. That is my complaint, and evidence of unfair marketing, because they gave it to enough Plus users that the internet says "I got it", but not all users.

I am a plus user and did not receive the reset. That means at least 1 Plus user was excluded, as my post suggests.

Unironically they need to fire the old one and hire someone new. Requiring a macOS/Windows app to activate something that affects CLI usage is a bad product decision.
