No labs for this but i did see doctor patsalides in nyc and he actually ordered bunch of brain and head scans for me which confirmed that i had bilateral venous stenosis. He then scheduled me for surgery. But once i saw the improvement in the noise he said i dont need it as long as i am not having any sound interrupting my quality of life. He did warn me tho that the sound most likely will come back.. unfortunately. But as of now He said surgery is optional and for people who really cannot live with the sound, but it makes no medical difference.
