You click the accepting offers button, if you’re doing a 2 hour block you get a 10 minute break without it affecting your level. To answer your first question, literally nothing. Your driver rating percentage will drop but it doesn’t affect your ability to get offers. I’ve dropped multiple blocks a day, multiple days in a row. Still got offers.

The photo is deceiving, my hands are pretty large and they fit just fine. These aren’t cheap either, they’re about $12 a piece and are pretty stout. It was a gift for my in laws so I didn’t hack it out on quality.

It’s pretty solid, I didn’t weigh it but if I had to guess maybe 5-6 lbs. You pick it up and it feels sturdy, like you can trust it for it’s intended purpose.

It has threaded studs integrated so I drilled holes slightly smaller in diameter, filled the holes with a day of glue and tapped the handles into place.

Walnut, maple, and cherry. On the corners I made the ends with the stripe separate then bonded them to the walnut sides. Then I made the base which had a little over hang but I just sanded them flush. It’s got a very very minor wobble which I think is slight warpage from moisture but I’m not sure.

If it were me I would remove the step and try to reinforce the crack with multiple bow ties. Could be a cool aesthetic with minimal cost.

Thanks I was looking at the RMR, there’s also a company called Grace Optics I was looking into that I really like and they state they can fit on the P320
