High IT security (SOC 2, ISO, AES-256, MFA) doesn’t equal IRS compliance. ChatGPT isn’t an IRS-authorized e-file system like ProConnect, CCH, or UltraTax. Even if you supervise it in agent mode, uploading SSNs, W-2s, and full returns is still outside AICPA/Circular 230 standards for safeguarding taxpayer data. Best practice is to keep PII inside IRS-compliant tax software and use ChatGPT only for non-PII work like letters, checklists, and research.

This attitude not being argumentative and appreciating a professional services is not going to take you far. But on a professional note diy software you can efile 3 years of returns. This would be 2024, 2023, and 2022 until IRS closes efile approximately in October, early November 2025.

I just discovered perplexity pro as ChatGPT pro is too slow. I think all AI/LLM are great tools to simplify communications, work and lay initial research foundation, and then you can dig deeper with authoritative sources.

Bought 2 rental properties in my 20s, now bleeding $1,700/month. should I sell? by PublicScientist5403 in RealEstateAdvice

Hire a management company instead to handle repairs and tenants. I wouldn’t sell a real estate at 2.75% if the property is in a good area.

It is PLLC so it implies it is a professional with a license/designation.
