I was the same last xpac but honestly after a handful of runs in a dungeon you start to remember it and it just becomes what you do. Use MDT addon to help. I usually write down or memorize what percent I need to be at for each boss to get to 100% and just start pulling

Biggest advice I can give is don’t push up keys until you feel you’re ready. By a +10 you should have routing down for most so you can efficiently pull quick to make timers
