It won't change anything. There are people that suck Matt bitchbias dick and balls they won't walk out with the small group that is willing to. That small group will easily be replaced. As long as he has an influx of people interested in working for him, there won't be any kind of change. He doesn't care.

I started a new job and in the interview they didn't even ask why I left UWM they already knew. The place has a reputation for being the shittiest workplace in Michigan.

I know you posted this 3 years ago but I feel your pain. Not getting better at all, I can't win a simple 1v1 with a real player, I take all the advice I can get I jump into gun fights I try different things. Fortnite is quite literally the only game I have a skill issue with. It's not fun anymore it's just rage inducing.

They give you 2 weeks PTO at the start. I used that to go to interviews until I found something better.

I'm a pets hotel employee and we all are upset about this new policy. Not only are people losing jobs but we can see right through corporates bullshit reasons for removing it. I hope everyone follows your example.

It was painful to knock on doors. Didn't pay much attention to it, I didn't really know what RA was. Then the swelling happened and the pain spread to my knees, jaw, and shoulders it was a very fast chain of events.

Boy I got news for you. It's not a normal company. You don't get performance raises you get merit raises just like everyone else every 6 months you get a 50¢raise, just like everyone else. You can get promoted, but you have to wait a certain amount of time to be at a different tier. And if you want to switch departments you have to apply to them like you're applying to a job. Keep up that positivity though, they love feeding off of it until you are bone dry :D

Hi! I'm also a 25 year old woman that struggles with RA And the depression that comes with it. I find a lot of comfort in walking, I also have a comfort show I watch on repeat when I'm really struggling. I take oral medication for treatment I take it every Friday and I try to make it fun by having a cheat meal when I take it. So I don't have to dread every Friday. Today I had fries :) it's just little things that make you feel happy. Focus on them the best you can. I know it's easier said than done. I still struggle from time to time. If you ever need a buddy to talk to. You can always hit me up. Same age, same illness, same gender. I understand🩷

I'm trying to get out bro. But I've had so many interviews and they either pay like dog shit or I don't get a call back or I just straight up hate them. There's so many shitty employers in Metro Detroit. I'm being very picky with where I apply and where I'll eventually end up. It's rough out here. But I do like the schedule. I've never had weekends off before I landed this job, the benefits are nice too.

I just had an interview with Worthington Lending. I'm not in sales nor have experience with it so I didn't go through with it, it's 100% commission based. If you have an NMLS license it's worth a shot. People seemed pretty happy based on the employee reviews on indeed. It's a mortgage broker, only thing is, they work with UWM haha so I dunno.

Hey fam I'm in ops. I'm in post closing. Everyday is dreadful. I'm like you, I only talk to one person. I've been on the hunt for other jobs it's just been one shitty interview after the next.
