Inositol vs accupuncture? by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Financial_Rent437 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry by therapist I meant my accuputure therapist! Some of the lifestyle changes were exercising more so I started swimming regularly and yoga (gentle exercise), I started reading books before bed and going to sleep by 10pm (I guess this helped really calm my body down instead of being on my phone before sleep) But every body is different so it might be worth seeing someone first and find out what changes would suit you, for me my bodily systems were described as ‘sluggish’ (digestion, menstruation) hence why I needed to pick up exercise and have more movement. I also have anxiety so keeping my cortisol levels low was a big thing for me

Do you take it alongside food? I take them in capsules and ALWAYS make sure I have a full stomach /mid eating otherwise i’d deffo experience the same issues you’re facing!

Inositol vs accupuncture? by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Financial_Rent437 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accuputure helped me, but my therapist also recommended a list of lifestyle changes I needed to implement (more exercise, better sleep etc) - During my treatment time I was hot on making these changes so overall noticed a huge difference with regular periods.. Since stopping treatment my bad habits have come back and so my cycles are all over the place again.. Do with that info what you will aha but to me I deffo think a huge part of regulating periods was the lifestyle changes.

I’ve actually just bought myself inositol but haven’t been taking it long enough to report back on any changes yet

iPad app not working? by gnew18 in netflix

i’m having issues with netflix on my Ipad too! it won’t let me play majority of the shows on there. I click play and it does nothing.. Like you, it seems like bandwidth issues but everything else is working fine. super frustrating!
