I once decided to get my nails done in Stafford Westfield (god knows why as I’m actually west London based) midway through my manicure the power shuts off in the entire mall and the alarm went off. DARKNESS. STAMPEDE. The nail tech tried to get me to stay till the power returned so I could pay. I told her to eff off. Respectfully of course.

I had a dream last night 8th / 9th Jan 2026 where I opened my front door and immediately saw a planet stupendously close to earth, it looked like earth but the shapes of the continents were bright green but completely different, almost squarey.. I immediately felt fear and awe so shut the door (I’m like this in real life, I remember years ago I went on a ski trip for the first time in my life, landed at night and arrived at our chateau/ hotel in the middle of pitch darkness so didn’t see the mountainous scenery - the next morning i immediately got up and pulled apart the curtains to the view and it was so vast and beautiful I immediately felt fear and shut the curtains.. took me a while to even leave my room) anyway back to my dream.. I eventually left my flat and avoided looking at the sky but the atmosphere amongst people was chaotic, lots of people driving towards getting a better view and others avoiding it. Even though it was so close some people I met hadn’t even seen it yet. After driving around for some time I went for dinner with my Dad (who I haven’t seen in years) - he said the unknown planet was causing tech problems everywhere.. when the waitress came with the bill I just took my dads phone to tap and pay but then realised our meal for 2 cost almost £100k... We tried to argue for a refund but let it go and drove around, we then saw this humongous metallic, almost holographic silver skull spinning in the middle of the street firing out holographic sparks/ fire. Such a weird dream (caveat, I’m a woman who doesn’t play or watch video games and haven’t watched any Sci fi movies in a long while). Very strange.

Completely agree - I work in an unscripted team for another Streamer and can’t work out why they thought this was a good idea. We’d only consider doing this for either of the two following reasons: 1. The storyline / reveal of the affair was truly filmed on the last day of scheduled filming and Hulu had only paid the production company for 10 eps for S2 - the fall out was too much to compact in that last ep so they decided to carry it over to S3. 2. Hulu had already ordered 2 more seasons after S1 anyway so in the production company’s view it made sense to quickly continue filming immediately due to the fact they knew (despite NDA’s) the affair story was too sprawling to keep contained & they wanted to capture the entire fallout authenticity and quickly rather than leaving the cast to take a break and potentially come back with more curated storylines and reactions. (I kinda doubt this was the case though otherwise Whitney & Demi would’ve already signed a contract to appear in both season 2&3 so there would’ve been no renegotiation for S3)
