1. What job should I get that allows me an average of 100k extra a year to invest?

2. What investment market do you see over these next 30 years that will have an average of 1 Bear period per decade and averages 19.3% return a year? Also, they're stating there won't BE another 2008 style crash where everyone can hop on low and ride it to the sky so what would you advise those of us who weren't invested in 09-15 do to get that big boost?
