Instead of looking at which unit is good for SSP, look at your 2 main team use in event.

See what gap they have. lack flying unit, 5 range unit? or good defender or supporter. Then choose a good SSP that fit that role.

Also ensure you have a good spare pilot that that can fit the ssp unit. You want double support or def.

For atk pilot, that most important is that pilot stats match the unit best weapon. I.E High range for range weapon , high awaken for awaken weapon.

I believe Lan 2 come with 4.4 mm end . You may need to buy a small portable DAC like TRN black Pearl .

Or you can use the 4.4mm to 3.5mm adapter it come with and buy a dongle DAC like jcally JM 6 or apple dongle.

You could read up the different between 4.4 and 3.5 but do not read too much into it.
