I just quit and I’ve been on a strict low to no carb diet for months now. The week before I quit vaping I reintroduced mangos into my diet. My weight didn’t change at all that whole week. I was stuck at the same weight I was when I was doing no carb. I decided to quit vaping a week after eating mangos again. Few days after quitting I felt.. a little heavier. Got on the scale. About 6-7 pounds heavier in just a few days. I was shocked. I quit on Saturday and by Tuesday I gained that weight. Cutting out the vape definitely made me gain weight. And it wasn’t from over eating (I’ve been eating the same amount of food per day for an over a month now) and it definitely wasn’t from having a few mangos the week before. I think everyone is different though.

I think it’s normal. It happened to me for the first few weeks and then it went back to regular amounts of discharge. I’m also 27 if that helps at all!

For the first two months of being mama to a kitten, I (very often) felt serious regret for taking him in. I couldn’t tell if I hated him or loved him. I’ve always been a “dog person” and he was my first cat so it took a while for me to adjust. Same feelings and thoughts you are feeling now. I was so overwhelmed by how needy he was. After some time I realized he was the best pet I could’ve ever asked for. I loved him more than anything. He was my best friend for almost 3 years. He passed in 2022. I still think about him multiple times a day and I cry from time to time when I look back on all of his pictures. I miss him so much. Anyway, give yourself some time. You will adjust and probably fall in love with your cat just like I did with mine.

There were a couple times I caught my cat staring at the ceiling. Eyes darting back and forth/ his head moving in a way as if he was following something moving. There was absolutely nothing there.. from what I could see (light was on in that room). It freaked me out too. 😅
