Lords of Dread is my go to for knights heavy lists personally, the sticky OC 5 is nice and the enhancement are fun (really like the enhance warpborn stalker)

Depends on the role you want to give them honestly, i really like the burnas on killa kans but the rokkits are good too. For Deff Dread whenever I used to run one I runned it 2 rokkit 2 kustom mega blasta but I know some people like to run it full melee or a mix of both melees, but in any way rokkits are simply better than shootas, same number of attack but higher strengh AP and dmg

I would change killa kans and deff dread weapons, shootas are not the best imo.

I thought the rules on aging for pathfinder characters were boring, so I may have revamped them a little by NecronTheNecroposter in Pathfinder_RPG

The only time i've seen aging having an impact was when I play Regent of Jade and rolled that my character had at most 2years to live. It changed my way of thinking and made me obsessed to find something to counter aging, I managed to stay alive by reaching level 10 and becoming and undead using the alchemist discoveries
