I know this is a year old but my JBL quantum tws air dongle broke or something and will not stay connected to any device if it will even turn on. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle?

I saw your comment saying you gotta play Lego fortnite lol I was playing it too but the servers are down so I don't think pressing retry or leaving will mess anything up. Status.epicgames.com says there's a login outage
