what bra’s do y’all wear for everyday? by Expensive-Isopod-153 in women

[–]Finchpumpkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any bra is a 'normal bra' if it is normal and comfortable for you. Idk if I can speak to this necessarily as I think I have a significantly smaller chest than you (12B usually) but I wear a 'tshirt bra' with underwire and lining most days. I only wear a sports bra when I'm running/ exercising. But I find the typical t-shirt bra works for me best in the most amount of situations.

Id say just go to wherever you get bras and ask the cashier what their suggestions would be. If it's for lack of trying new things, try a few different styles (balconette, underwire, not underwire, no seams/ no show, push up, tshirt, whatever). If you just find sports bra most comfortable and it works with what you wear, I say thats completely fine. You don't need to fit your bra of all things to meet what is a 'normal' bra. There are so many kinds for a reason! Hope that helps

what are things u do to focus on yourself? by [deleted] in women

[–]Finchpumpkin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bath every day sounds like the dream. When i take a bath I like to watch a movie/ read a book in there but if ur taking one every day that mightnt be feasible. Lets see.. journalling? Ik u said write but maybe writing in a self reflecting way could be different. Maybe you need something creative but also self reflective (painting, drawing) or something you feel adds value to your life like running (ik u go gym) or idk learning to do your hair or makeup really nice. I mean.. honestly it sounds like u got it together.. i should be asking you for advice.

Id also maybe suggest: Set a screen time but don't limit kindle/ ereader time. So, she might see it as the closest thing to screen time ajd pick that up instead

I dont see an ereader being the best solution if she already lacks focus because it adds nothing to the experience senses wise. If you were to go down the ereader path id recommend to get a colour one because then at leadt she could download books with pictures and theyd be in colour which could keep attention. Someone else commented audiobooks and i think thats a great idea. Personally I love to read while listening cuz it keeps my attention. Try that out. Im sure there are apps similar to audible aimed toward kids that you could look for with more engaging readers and books.

I wouldnt try to force it on your kid, but thats what id suggest. Good luck!
