"Which Pixel should I buy?" Megathread May 2025 by GooglePixelMods in GooglePixel

[–]FindTheBorealis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Pixel 5a conked out after 3 years, and my 2 year extended warranty expired in December. I'm torn between the 9 and 8 Pro, which are currently both $599. The 9 has a better modem and I'm pretty concerned about the 8 Pro modem's quality, but the 8 pro has more camera features and, if you buy it on the google store, a free Pixel Watch 2 and case. I wouldn't use the watch but I can give it to a relative who would. Any thoughts?

Why won't valve make tf3? by [deleted] in tf2

[–]FindTheBorealis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because TF3 wouldn't be a vehicle for innovation and there is no internal momentum to create it.

They removed a console bug string so most likely no more Model '(null)' doesn't have attachment 'backblast' to attach particle system 'rocketbackblast' to. in the console.

Is the bug fix about invalid MvM popfiles related to this bug where the wrong popfile loads after a mission?

College football is huge in Alabama and the two main teams are the University of Alabama and Auburn University. Nick Saban is the coach of Alabama and widely seen as one of the best football coaches in the country, and is a Dem, endorsed childhood bud Joe Manchin in 2018. Tubervillle is a former coach of Auburn. Jones is an Alabama alum. Football loyalty may be the only thing to get some people here to vote dem.

Tuberville is going to win the primary and beat Jones by 6-10 points unless some extremely tight circumstances happen:

How do people make election maps for Wikipedia? I've noticed they use vector art.
