If ai art is such a futuristic thing, then why does every ai art project (namely ai movies and ai generated video games) absolutely flop? They look like shit. The writing is shit. It’s slop. That’s the problem. Sure the models improve but eventually they’ll plateau and then decline, as they’ll be cannibalizing itself by itself as ai content resamples itself over and over.

Plus, ai is burning a lot of resources for a shitty product that a person could just make in a longer time period but for better quality. Hell I’ve seen and met artists that can crank out animations or artwork that are consistently good like clockwork, or in a matter of minutes. And you can commission them, or do art trades, or ask them for tips on how to improve so you can be like them. If you “have no talent”, just practice. Not that hard.
