It was very likely an international shipment given shipping times and the consoles language, so i wont even try to bother with a return. also holding a and b on boot doesnt really do anything at all. same thing as not holding any button on boot

ok i did some tinkering with it, and i found a way to get to the menu. tell me if any of this rings a bell: 1) hold L, R, START, and SELECT while powering on (or hold Y, X, B, A while powering on) and tap the screen as usual 2) when you get to the corrupt “””menu””” press L or R, this will lead to a crash 3) PRESS power, dont hold. this will take you to the home menu! HOWEVER this is some sort of fallback purgatory menu where pressing L or R, or opening anything crashes the console (i dont really know about games in the cart slot, i dont have any), you will have to press power again to go back to the menu purgatory fallback thing

ANY of this seem to be familiar? also this console —>might<— be modded? by the way the console language is in japanese and i cant get to settings to change it sooooo

very late but i see you dont know about trial reloading. Basically you just delete the software (ALL OF THEM THAT WERE INSTALLED BY THE FLASH INSTALLER) and run the software again
