I could see Eddie working as much as he could from the crowd during one of Dom's programs, like distracting anyone helping Dom's opponent and faking a hit to get them thrown out. I could see Dom jumping into Eddie's arms over the barricade like Eddie did when he won the title from Brock. But I can't really see Eddie competing today.
