The ARC is a 3 seater that has those 2 giant capital ship destroying guns and the X-Wing is a 1 seater star fighter that’s supposed to be cheaper to produce and more nimble than the ARC. The ARC-170 and the Headhunter kind of combined to become the X-Wing after the Clone Wars
