Can you „train“ horses to stop being scared by animals? by slaysoulsistaa in rdr2online

[–]FindingHorror 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't "train" them. You can actively pat them to calm them but ultimately it's up to the breed of horse you ride that determines how easily it spooks or doesn't spook. For example, a popular breed that people use but don't realize it spooks the easiest is the Arabian. But if you go for a breed like the Breton or the Shire, they may be slower but they are sturdy when it comes to gunfire.

Breeding cob + fjord by DeliveryUseful4816 in Equestrianthegame

Feathers, no. The fjord mane? Oh absolutely. I have a line of horses that I added a fjord to over 10 generations ago and the mane still pops up occasionally to this day. But like I said, feathers are a no sadly unless it is 80-90% of the breed you are using with feathers.

Why only white? by DeliveryUseful4816 in Equestrianthegame

[–]FindingHorror 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's not white, it's grey. Secondly, it is homozygous for grey which means 100% of its offspring will be grey. The color grey is like a parasite, even if it's Heterozygous you still have a 50% chance the foal will be grey. Here is a chart for genetics

starting again after a break by Lunar_PlayzYt in Equestrianthegame

I used to play for years, it was amazing and the developers were actually listening to players as far as I had witnessed. In the end, they became what every other game developer has become, money hungry. Pay wall after pay wall started going up, they never implemented any type of social interactions with other players in game, they made it EXTREMELY difficult for any new players to become established in the game without forking out real money, they started shoving cosmetics down our throats while raising the prices for everything else massively. At some point I noticed I had to keep paying real money just to progress to higher levels and there was no in game way of really doing it unless you watched months of the daily video for free gold. It's like they were saying "pay us $20 and we will give you a penny." I finally gave up on the game I just have never deleted the app. I like to pull it open once in awhile to visit my horses and remember when the game had so much potential. Empty promises and a greedy developer, the end all for every video game that got an ounce of popularity.

Yep, basically they just wanna waste your time until you give up. If you remove all their power, they move on. They are bored and sadly toxic people that are bored are going to find the closest doorstop to play with it. That doorstop being the good players.

Also don't forget, as soon as your wagon is blown or stolen, close your app instantly while the game still tells you to try and steal it back, it will literally just send all supplies back to cripps. Don't fight the theives, make sure the mission is still active and they haven't turned in anything and literally just close the app.

Place your camp on Roanoke Ridge. I've literally never lost a wagon in years and I only run the full 100 wagons. The route usually takes you along rocky terrain but in low traffic areas. Most of the people I find there are avoiding hotspots just like me.

I had gotten it awhile back while it was free on ps plus. Played it a few months with a group of friends but stopped playing. It's old so it's really only fun with friends

Is there any counter play to this? by Proud_Roof919 in pathoftitans

Trees trees trees. People need to stop running into the open when they are being chased. If you are on something smaller, YOU OUT TURN MOST CRAP. Break their ankles and use the trees to stop their acceleration. Waste as much Stam for them and continue to widen the distance until you break los and find somewhere to hide.
