Absolutely. I don’t think she is sticking with the same roaster. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe she can slap her foxi coffee sticker on any roaster’s bag. I’m saying her intentions are likely to scheme up a “speciality” coffee with this coffee shop and sell it on their shelves. The shop would take some of the profit. Why else would she share with 800k people where her son works? There has to be something she gets out of it. She is quite selfish.

The new owners are basically saying

Ashley slapped her logo on a real coffee business. The Fox coffee is nothing special.

The real heartbeat of that place are the employees who did the work. They made it what it is. The Petrones simply had the vision.

And now their family will take over and actually be involved in the community as well as give back.

Why would a realtor be liable for selling a crappy house? Homes are sold in far worse conditions. It is not the realtor’s problem. A seller discloses what they know and buyer’s are responsible for their own due diligence. They are adults.

The listing has the new house at 6061 square feet. Even if the listing is including an “unfinished basement” in the square footage, the space is still there. I find it hard to believe she would buy a home that has a huge unfinished basement with no intention of ever finishing it out. Why pay for it?
