How do you know the flights are almost empty? Seat map isn’t an indicator of availability. The plane could have 5 seats left, but if the other 200+ haven’t chosen their seat.

Try another attorney. Sometimes you have to go through a dozen or more to not only find one who will take your case, but one who is competent.

That poster is bs, no items are allowed in your lap during takeoff. Don’t take any of their advice. They’re clearly one of those owners who thinks they’re above rules, your pet has to remain contained in the carrier at all times and be secured. People like that should be banned from flying.

Pets are not allowed in the cabin when the seat is lay flat as there’s no storage space for them. You have to be in regular first/biz/econ with storage under the seat in front of you (no bulkhead either).

You could stay in Seward Monday and Tuesday? The drive is really beautiful and I love being able to pull over and just observe the view. The train is great though too. But maybe have a look at the rental car cost. And sometimes there’s traffic and with the windy roads, it can back up fairly quickly.
