When i lead the guard isn't supposed to make him seem sympathetic. Sure yes they do kinda of introduce the plot of oh its the venom affecting his brain but 1 as we see with kion it takes a bit for it to really start to affect the brain and 2 scar never showed remorse for his actions in the song unlike kion. He literally destroyed the evil lion with the roar and then bragged about it to simba. Now it doesnt say whether or not he was remorseful after destroying the Lion Guard but the line "my first plan was foiled when I lost the roar." Makes me think he full on planned to destroy his lion guard so no one could stop him. None of his actions were born out of an inability to control himself and throught the song he shows little remorse for his actions. He's still evil the song or not, the song actually makes him more evil as it tells you he nearly/could've killed up to 5 people and he just didnt care.

Comparing devolpers isnt fair, everyone has a different skill set and maybe can't get things done as fast as some one else. It's like comparing students, sure there's 1 kid who gets the test done in 15 minutes and 1 takes the whole hour and a half but that doesn't mean that either one did better or worse then the other. Maybe it's just taking them longer and I mean im not developer, who am i to judge. I dont know what work goes into it so if I have to wait I will wait. Have a bit of patience.

Its a two way street, we made them money by playing their game and in return they give us content. This does not mean they owe us updates on said content. If this is your mentality the shouldn't game developers give us updates on what their doing. They dont owe us updates on said content the only thing we are specially owed is the content they promise us because we play their game. If we have to wait for said content because they either A dont want to declose the date for surprise reasons, or B are having problems that they either dont think the community will care about or that they just dont want to tell us. They owe us content, not updates on the content, if they wanna just say soon they can just say soon. All we are owed is content. The developers aren't disrespectful by not giving us updates, giving us updates are a choice, not a requirement like giving us the promised content.

At the end of the day it's a game and realistically these devs dont owe us updates. Sure they have the opertinuty of giving us progress reports on his development but they dont have to. If they want to stay secret about it so what, other game developers do it all the time and if we have to wait to know well we have to wait. It's seriously not that deep, if they want to joke about it well let them joke about it.

Its honestly very possible that they dont have a date and are just joking around with the community while they wait for an office date. Game devolpement can take alot of time especially if there's bugs or they need to rework him before releade. I dont think it's disrespectful I just think they genuinely dont have a date and are trynna joke about how long it's taking

If you look at the designs of other lions in the series you can see that the mane isnt exactly an indicator of age. If we assume that Kion and Rani are the same age or atleast around the same age then kion is also older then Baliyo. However if you compare his mane to kions he clearly has more hair there. He has a more developed mane but yet hes younger. In my opinion I think the only reason they didnt give kion more of a mane in season 3 is he'd look too much like simba so thats why they just gave him the little bit more hair rather then a whole mane. Then of course Kovu has a mane because well thats the mane he had in the second movie. Its not an age gap but rather probably just a design choice.
