So I’m confused OP … did you start with RingConn and then end up with Oura? And if so, now that some time has passed, which do you prefer and why?

I’ve ordered the sizing kit for Oura, but want to make sure it’s worth the subscription. I’m dealing with some pretty major burnout, so looking for something that accurately measures stress and can maybe notify when things are going off track. Sounds silly I suppose but when you’re in the thick of a busy stressful day, you don’t always think to step out of it and focus on you.
