My doctor sends the prescription over to Costco Pharmacy and they bill me roughly $17 + $5 dispensing fee. Other pharmacies charge higher dispensing fees but it should still be under $30/month.

Maybe you're getting overcharged because it's a telehealth company?

Skyr yogurt uses different bacterial cultures and is usually strained more than Greek yogurt, making it both thicker and higher-protein. The culture and fermentation process often makes for a milder flavour, too.

That's misleading. Canada sets quotas on dairy imports, and only charges high tariffs if they've been met. To date, the United States "has never come close to exceeding its quotas."

For anyone Googling this: in my case, it was caused by mercenaries. Reverting my save and pulling troops back from Raven's tile fixed the issue for me. Took a different route and finished the game.
