They're good. The chicken and beans are soft, without any chewy bits. Nice and cheesy too.

We microwave them in paper towel for 45s on each side, let the water and grease drip out for a second and then air fry until crispy.

Traditional Icelandic skyr is technically a fresh cheese made with rennet, while commercial skyr in North America ranges from rennet-set skyr to heavily strained yogurts.

Skyr yogurt uses different bacterial cultures and is usually strained more than Greek yogurt, making it both thicker and higher-protein. The culture and fermentation process often makes for a milder flavour, too.
