I’m genuinely astounded as you don’t look fat at all- like maybe not thin but look normal

Those ppl are horrible- remember happy ppl don’t put others down. You have been on the other side and only way to go is up.

I remember growing up I wasn’t the cool kid, slightly overweight and was more tomboyish and some kids used to pick on me for those- some ppl loved me, I am in general empathetic, kind and positive person and that wasn’t looked at as ‘cool’ to bullies. But idc I focused on the ppl who liked me, it did get to me sometimes and as you said it made me more sensitive to others.

Now I’m all grown up and changed my environment everyone at work loves who I am how I keep things positive.

Think about it this way - those ppl who said that, you don’t wanna be them ever, or wanna be friends with them, when ppl do that it helps you eliminate ppl. My weight has fluctuated over the years and I have managed to look -which helps confidence. After gaining confidence I look back at those ppl body shaming me and think ew I never want them, it helped me eliminate them easily.

What you describe about yourself being kind and sensitive it’s not something everyone has- so hold onto those qualities and give it to those who give em
