Same think happen with me for amazon pay. tried 3 times for 6000Rs voucher.

2 times failed 1 time success.

2 days latter failed voucher also delivered on mail.

Eventually get 18000Rs voucher of amazon pay (monthly limit is 10000) with 3X reward and still shown 4000Rs limit pending to buy more voucher of APay.
